1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Restope.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Restope is a product built and operated by WebAnaya (webanaya.com). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Restope provides food businesses with a digital menu storefront link and a WhatsApp-based order routing system. Customers can browse menus, add items to a cart, and send orders directly to the restaurant's WhatsApp.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business entity.
• One restaurant or food business per account unless otherwise agreed.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, descriptions, and images.
• You must comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations (FSSAI and local health authority requirements).
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders received through the platform.
• You must not list prohibited, illegal, or restricted items on your menu.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Restope offers Free (menu showcase only) and Paid (full ordering) plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We charge a flat monthly fee with zero commission on orders.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless covered by our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Restope brand, logo, interface design, and software are the intellectual property of WebAnaya. You retain ownership of your menu content, images, and business data uploaded to the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload misleading or fraudulent menu information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Resell or sublicense access to the Restope platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Restope is a technology platform that facilitates menu display and order routing. We are not a food delivery service, payment processor, or food safety authority. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for food quality, delivery, hygiene, or customer disputes.
• We are not liable for WhatsApp message delivery failures outside our control.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
• Upon termination, your storefront link will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
